These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the SmartWealthDigital Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
The Program is open to all existing SmartWealthDigital clients or partners aged 18 years or older.
Referrers must have an active account or prior business relationship with SmartWealthDigital.
Employees, contractors, or affiliates of SmartWealthDigital may not participate unless expressly authorized.
Referral Submission:
To refer someone, submit their details through the official referral form or link provided by SmartWealthDigital.
Successful Referral:
A referral is considered successful when the referred person (“Referee”) signs up for and pays for any eligible SmartWealthDigital service.
Reward:
The Referrer will receive a reward as specified on the referral program page or promotional material.
Rewards may be in the form of cash, discounts, credits, or service upgrades, depending on current promotions.
Rewards are issued only after the referred client has completed payment and maintained their service for at least [X days/weeks] (as specified).
Each referral must be a new client to SmartWealthDigital — existing or previous clients are not eligible.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make unless stated otherwise.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other forms of compensation unless approved by SmartWealthDigital.
Participants may not:
Use false names, identities, or contact information.
Refer themselves or create duplicate accounts.
Use spam or unsolicited messages to promote their referral links.
Misrepresent SmartWealthDigital’s services or make false claims.
SmartWealthDigital reserves the right to disqualify referrals or revoke rewards if any fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior is detected.
SmartWealthDigital may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. Any unredeemed rewards at the time of termination will be forfeited unless otherwise stated.
Referrers are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to referral rewards received under this Program.
SmartWealthDigital will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Referral Program or from any modification, suspension, or termination of the Program.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
By participating in the SmartWealthDigital Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
